Two weeks ago, my daughter had a soccer game and she played incredibly well. And, after the game, one of the parents said to me, “Whatever she had for breakfast, you should feed her that before every game.”
And I realized that this is the breakfast she’s asked for and eaten before every game that she’s played really, really well.
So, when your goalkeeper daughter goes into beast mode after eating this for breakfast, you make it for every game day.

As you may know, my daughter has Crohn’s Disease, so getting her nutrition right – especially given how active she is – is pretty tricky. This breakfast seems to be the right combo of protein and carbs to make her feel awesome.
And her being healthy and awesome is for what I’m grateful today and every day.
