Who Wants to Go to the Country Living Fair? (Ticket Giveaway)

October 6, 2015 By Karen Cooper 18 Comments

Me, me, me! I am headed to the Country Living Fair in Atlanta at Stone Mountain Park the weekend of October 23-25.

Ticket giveaway to the Country Living Fair in Atlanta / thediybungalow.com

It’s one of my favorite fall events! Did I mention who is going to be there? Ree Drummond – The Pioneer Woman; The Fabulous Beekman Boys; and Cari Cucksey, and more!

And I’m giving away two tickets to the Atlanta Country Living Fair, courtesy of Country Living!

If you are going to be in Atlanta and you want to be entered to win the tickets, just leave a comment below and tell me what you would do at the fair…whether shopping, eating, hearing the wonderful speakers, or all of the above! (I’m a big fan of corn dogs…and shopping!)

I’ll pick a winner at random on October 15th. The winner’s tickets will be left at will-call at the fair.

Good luck!!

Would love to see the Beekman Boys … Oh and a corn dog wouldn’t be bad either.

I would not be able to go, so don’t enter me; but this is definitely on my bucket list for one of these years!
I never had the opportunity to go, nor do I know anyone personally who has, so I wouldn’t know what to expect.
Of course I would be so anxious to talk to and chat with all the vendors, especially people I visit online. I would try and attend as many seminars as I could without taking away from my shopping. The SHOPPING! I wonder if a mini-van would be large enough to transport the items I buy, or if I would have to rent a U-Haul to tow behind? Could you even imagine getting all those goodies home and redecorating? I am a collector of so many things, so I know I would increase my collections two-fold!
The food would be incredible and I would especially love the atmosphere of walking around, meeting people, smiling at babies — I’m such a people-watcher! I would have my camera and my journaling at full capacity to try and remember every little detail!
Karen, what an incredibly generous offer to a lucky individual!
Maybe, next time for me:) Enjoy!

Maybe next time! It is so much fun…and yes, you need a mini-van for that shopping! I’ll be posting while I’m there on Instagram and maybe even Periscope, so you can come, too, after all! (Just virutally!)

Go ahead, rub it in, why-don’t-cha! haha!
        JUST KIDDING!
I would LOVE to see it all through your eyes! And looking forward to the blog posts with all the new goodies you purchase! Maybe next year, I can meet up with you!
        Have a wonderful time!!

    Hi Karen,
I just happened across your page a few moments ago and saw your offer for the Country Living Fair.
I bought tickets last year for my daughter and I to attend and as life happens sometimes, were unable to go.
I’ve never been to one of the fairs but have read every word I find in the magazine ads as I daydream along.
I love collecting vintage and semi-vintage items for our home and finding a way to make it compliment with what ever else I have in the room. It would be awesome to see you at the fair, but at any rate I hope you have a fab day.
P.S. I just loooovvve that Cari girl! LOL

Thanks! I hope to see you, too! That Cari is awesome, isn’t she?!? Have you ever read the British version of Country Living? It’s so different, but still has the vintage feel and info of the American version. I love it – just got one today, in fact! Good luck and thanks for stopping by!!

    Hello,
I’ve been to the Country fair several times and have enjoyed it immensely. Seeing all of the insanely creative ways crafters ideas are the best part of the show. And of course the shopping is fantastic.

Oh my gosh – I TOTALLY want to go to Round Top! That’s on my bucket list, too. And then there’s the fact that you have never had a corn dog?!? Really? With mustard, friend – the only way to eat one. 😉
