Spring Rug Review and Giveaway from Mohawk Home

March 6, 2016 By Karen Cooper 4 Comments

Give me tulips over snowflakes any day. I am ready for spring.

I love spring. I don’t know if it’s the flowers, or the sunshine, or that it’s my birthday season. But I love it.

I bask in it.

I want all vestiges of winter put away as soon as the temperature hits 60 degrees.

I started my spring cleaning/winter replacing in the family room. I put away the heavy fleece blankets and replaced them with lighter throws for chilly nights.

I bought tulips at the store. My very favorite flower.

And I now have a lighter, beautiful new rug.

This is the Laguna Ogee Waters rug from Mohawk Home. #ilovemymohawkrug

What do I love about this rug?

  • It goes perfectly with the color scheme in our family room. Plus I love how the design reminds me of waves of water.
  • It’s durable – which is key given that Hank and Elvis love this rug, too.
  • It’s made with Mohawk’s Everstrand fiber, which is made with up to 100 percent recycled post-consumer content from plastic bottles! How awesome is that?!? (I love recycling!)
  • It’s made in America!

And the best part is that you can win one! Mohawk Home is giving away a rug, up to size 5×8 and under $150. You can pick any rug from Mohawk Home’s collection up to size 5×8 and under $150!!

I will pick a winner at random on Sunday, March 27, from all of the entries. So you have plenty of time to enter!

Make sure that you use the hashtag #ilovemymohawkrug on all social media posts! Good luck!

In the meantime, I’ll be enjoying the sunshine streaming into my family room. Happy spring!

Fat fingers on my phone got my Pinterest ID wrong on the rafflecopter. How can I fix it?
